Richard’s leadership led to the recruitment and training of hundreds of couriers, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service. Under his guidance, the company achieved significant growth, expanding to multiple locations, and generating multimillion-dollar revenues.
In 2003, seeking new challenges, Richard transitioned into franchise consultancy, leveraging his expertise to help individuals navigate the franchise landscape.
Over the years, Richard facilitated the sale of numerous single unit, multi-unit, and master franchises licenses for renowned brands such as Massage Envy, Dunkin, and Health Source Chiropractic. His dedication to providing personalized guidance to franchise prospects earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry.
In 2016, Richard co-founded a groundbreaking healthcare consulting franchise, leading its sales and development efforts. Despite challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the franchise achieved substantial growth, awarding numerous territories across the United States. In late 2023, following the sale of the franchise, Richard redirected his focus to his boutique franchise consultancy, driven by a renewed enthusiasm for assisting aspiring entrepreneurs.
Currently, Richard is spearheading the launch of Blue Sage, LLC Advanced Wellness and Aesthetics, a visionary med spa franchise offering cutting-edge wellness modalities.
